Overview
About Me
I am currently a senior at Saint Mary's College in Indiana studying Social Work, but am originally from Northern California. Just because moving across the country wasn't far enough for me, I decided to study abroad in Ireland at Maynooth University for the semester and absolutely loved it. Traveling is definitely a passion of mine, and if I had more money I would do it constantly.
I love listening, playing, and learning about music, and back home I am in four different ensembles, including the Notre Dame Marching Band. I also have been Irish Dancing since I was five, so if there is any Traditional Irish Music happening, chances are I will be dancing to it.
I love to have fun and go on crazy adventures, whether it be from getting simple drinks in a pub to dancing until the sun comes up. It's all about the story
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to meet people and listen to their stories. The world is too big to stay in one place and talk to the same people over and over. I want to experience life and what the world has to offer.
I'm also a poor college student, so sleeping on couches doesn't bother me :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I love Mumford and Sons, FUN,, and basically anything and everything other than country. I grew up listening mostly to songs from the 80s and have even seen KISS, Def Leppard, Journey, Foreigner and others live, but that doesn't mean I don't like a little Frank Sinatra or Ella Fitzgerald now and then too. Being an Irish Dancer I also have a sweet spot for Traditional Irish Music, as it just makes me so happy to listen to it. Live music is always the best.
I also really enjoy the Game of Thrones series, both the television show and the books. One of my greatest fears is that George R.R. Martin will pass away before he finishes this incredibly complex story.
