We're Stacey & Ryan, and we're chasing our dream of travelling around the world together - 2018 is our year!

Stacey is a DJ and social media manager with a background in youth work. I'm Canadian, but spent most of my 20s in New Zealand, so I still feel pretty Kiwi. In my free time I love decorating cakes and running.

Ryan is an aspiring filmmaker, and his career has involved working in post-production on an award-winning TV show, as well as plenty of corporate video work.

We're laid back travellers who love trying local food and cocktails, and we're more than happy to lend our skills to our hosts in any way we can.

As a DJ, Stacey is what they call an open-format DJ - basically, she play a little bit of everything. This is a pretty true reflection of our musical tastes... we'll listen to pretty much anything, and love pop music of all eras.

It's too hard to pick a favourite movie! Stacey has a soft spot for Disney movies, and would rather watch something that makes her laugh than an action movie. Ryan loves many movies, but would call The Fall one of his all-time faves.

We'd both would love to learn phrases in your local language, or anything you can share about local music. Ryan's learning Spanish, and would love a chance to converse with someone fluent.
