About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel as much as possible and experience other cultures

ABOUT ME

I've traveled a lot around Europe and totally love it. I moved back to NY last year because I was missing home and it's good to be home but I'm definitely getting travel-itchy again! Excited to explore other parts of the world I haven't really been to yet.. I also really love languages, just wish I had more time to work on them, currently I'm really working on my French

PHILOSOPHY

Living life to the fullest.. trying to make the most of every moment. Helping others whenever I can.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm a newbie to this, have a bunch of friends who are hard core CS'ers who always rave about it so thought I'd give it a try! I'm excited to meet new and interesting fellow travelers

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Been to a couple of events in Switzerland, have been hosted in Canada and have met up with several travelers to NY!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - big fan of indie rock. Currently enjoying the Shins and Radiohead.. also listening to a lot of French music lately (it's good for my language skills). Movies - have to admit here that I am a fan of rom com's! I also like "good" movies too, of course.. Memento comes to mind as a favorite. Books - always buying new books b/c I'm curious. Lately I'm into travel books and books that explore other cultures.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hard to pinpoint just one thing. I'd say all of Europe really!

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach - suppose I could teach singing, though it's a little difficult if you're tone deaf ;) also quite happy to teach English
Learn - would like to learn/improve on my French and German
Share - anything and everything
