When I'm back in Manchester, I'm happy to host at my apartment in the city centre. One or two nights is fine, but I can’t offer anything longer than that due to space and schedule.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to have a “locals” - rather than a tourist - experience when I’m travelling. I've been hosted in the US, Cayman Islands, Canada, New Zealand, Africa, Australia and the UK, Can host in Manchester, UK when I'm home.

Music, Movies, and Books

The Power of Now - by Eckhart Tolle - is the only book I’ve read in years. I have stopped reading so much stuff in an attempt to hear my own voice, loud and clear.

Indie/rock n roll mainly…love Gerry Cinnamon, Arctic Monkeys, Fontaines DC, Fleetwood Mac, Dire Straits, Madness. Manchester is known for producing some great bands I love, like Oasis and Joy Division. Was never a fan of The Smiths but I will happily take any fans staying with me, to the Salford Lads Club, which is only a short walk away.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Too many to remember, life is a blessing in itself.

Went to Moscow for the World Cup Final

Lived in Zanzibar and worked as a tour guide
