ABOUT ME

Lover of life, outgoing when I need to be but I do so enjoy being the quiet introvert I must admit, people tell me I have a big heart, I'm warm, genuine, funny, adorable, inspiring, and that my smile is very contagious. I like to bring my light where ever I go, I love the rain and the snow, flying my kite, dancing, being in the woods, dreaming, imagining and doing my part to co-creating this mind-blowing dance we all find ourselves in.

PHILOSOPHY

Smile and shine, surround myself in beauty, keep discovering new places: inside and out, keep healing, growing, sharing, giving thanks, dancing and co-creating in this beautiful trip we call life. Laugh often, listen, forgive, ask for help when I need it and above all else, keep on lovin and relaxin. The rest will all work itself out sooner or later.

Went to the Redwoods
The birth of my best friend's daughter
Amazing sunsets from my porch
Swam under a waterfall in Mexico
Swam in a power place where two rivers meet, one warm and one cold, butterflies everywhere
Went to Costa Rica Rainforest and saw bullet ants, a sloth, a poisonous frog and drank coconut water from a fresh coconut. Ahhhh, what a life
I saw a spider making it's web
A banana slug eating a midday snack and
Hula hooped WHILE spinning poi, whoa, that was hard...and not pretty.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am interested in esoteric knowledge, spirituality, art as a healing tool, I love to work with fibers, paint, and play with ceramics. I am learning how to be a Sound Healer, using the human voice as a potent tool for healing as well as tuning forks, singing bowls and various other instruments and tools. I know a little bit about a lot of different kinds of crafting skills, and I've got some decent vegetarian recipes if you like that kind of thing as well.
