Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love the idea of meeting locals when traveling, it makes experiences so much more authentic! I have only couchsurfed on one occasion a while back (in 2011), and now I wish to give it another go :) So I hope you won't find my lack of references worrisome, I just haven't had the opportunity to use the site much!
Walking around Paris and finding unexpected treasures, dreaming about exotic destinations, reading 20th Century novels, having a nice beer with friends, eating yummy food...
Music, Movies, and Books
Books: Haruki Murakami, Virginia Woolf, Marcel Proust, Louis Aragon, André Gide...
Music: Alt-J, Radiohead, London Grammar, Bonobo, Christine and the Queens; electronica, blues music, country music, traditional Irish music.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have worked as a French teacher on several occasions and would be delighted to share my knowledge with you :)
I would enjoy learning about your culture - history, art, cuisine, please tell me what makes your country/city so special!
What I Can Share with Hosts
