About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to see as much of Europe as possible in the next 4 months!

ABOUT ME

I'm 25 years old, a newlywed, and trying to figure out what to do with my life! My husband and I were tired of living a boring blue collar life so we sold our house and are off to Europe to live for the next 4 months as backpackers! We want to see as much as we can and meet as many people as possible. We are very friendly people and we certainly hope to hear from some of you! If anyone has a couch we are definitely available to sleep on it!

PHILOSOPHY

I believe very strongly in Karma. If you live your life poorly and treat people like crap then eventually it will come back and bite you in the ass, i've seen it! I really believe that putting positive energy out there reflects the way your life is headed. I know it sounds corny but it really works.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have not hosted anyone yet but I would be very interested in doing so as I love meeting new people. Once I get back from Europe, I can certainly host my couch in Edmonton.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like non-fictional books only because I am fascinated with people and love to hear their stories.
As for music I like many different genres. The only ones I don't fancy are heavy metal and death metal, stuff with too much screaming basically

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

hmmm well to be honest one of the mose amazing places I've been is Newfoundland,Canada. This province has the nicest people I have ever met! We drove around the entire island and it was absolutely gorgeous!

Teach, Learn, Share

Well I am very new to this so I definitely don't know anything I could teach yet but from the people I have spoken with already I am realizing that this place is a wonderful community where people can reunite with others all over the world! And the crazy thing is, these amazing people are actually willing to allow complete strangers come stay in their home!
