About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to be happy

ABOUT ME

hello:) alright, i would have to admit i'm not used to describing myself. i'm pretty much your average girl-next-door, friendly, easy-going. i'm sincere, like to meet new people and am easily amused by the slightest things:) sometimes i think i'm quite a boring person because studying takes up a lot of my time (it has to, medical school is unfortunately tough), but i do love having fun and chilling out. i like to smile, a lot:)

PHILOSOPHY

my favourite quote: in the presence of love, miracles do happen :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i have surfed with a few hosts, went for a couple of CS meetings in liverpool and amsterdam and find my experiences absolutely brilliant! I also did couchsurfing on my lone trip across Australia which was amazing :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

had an amazing CS experience when i first started out in the UK but this kinda faded away over the last few years..am kinda back in the picture now although only as much as my dominating work allows me haha.

Interests

i love sports! particularly volleyball and running.
lovee food (i have an enormous appetite for a girl!)
watching dramas, reading, music.
like simple things/gestures that make people happy, random encounters, exploring new places and making friends

Music, Movies, and Books

i gotta admit, im a chick flick/comedy kinda person (and harry potter of course)
i'm almost always listening to music, i find life without music/sounds too quiet for me.
i enjoy reading too! been an avid reader since very young, but unfortunately since i entered medical school, the books i read the most are ..well medical books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i saw a meteor shower after a campfire one night, that was the first time i saw (and the only). this may seem nothing to some, but for someone like me who's living in the city, it's pretty rare to see this.
i have hiked a couple of mountains in malaysia when i joined this running and mountain climbing club and i am so so glad i stepped out of my comfort zone! because these experiences are amazing and i will never forget the sweat, tears, blood we shed during hikes, and of course my beloved friends and hikemates!

Countries I’ve Visited
