ABOUT ME

How do you answer a question like this in a box. We do our best to think outside the box. We're open-minded and always interested in new ideas and ways of thinking.
We love meeting people. We love helping people. We want to do our best to make the world a better place (which sounds completely cheesy but it's true.)
Jenn: I'm a 3rd year medical student and I spent the majority of my time at the hospital across the street or at another hospital. When I'm not working I love to play housewife. I love love love cooking, especially Mexican food. I enjoy cleaning, which is strange, I know. I knit, I crochet, I write. I also love hanging out with Chris watching really bad tv and cuddling or hanging out with people conversing or getting lost in a really good book. Me and Chris are big readers.
Chris: I am currently pursuing several job offers, but I do have some interest in being a house husband (getting pretty good at cooking or so the Mrs. says) I have a Master's Degree in Homeland Security and a Bachelor's Degree in International Security and Conflict Resolution but the economy being what it is, I don't have that many opportunities in my fields of study. Outside of job-hunting, I have an interest in most movies, books, TV series, and really any topic of interest. I think I'm really open-minded and can see both sides of almost any issue which has created many spirited discussions with most of my wife's and my own friends. That's all I can think of at the moment but I'm sure something else will occur to me as soon as I'm finished posting this.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We want to host people. We want to meet people. We no longer have much time to travel, so we want to live through your adventures. We want stories, we want company, and in return Jenn can cook for you (or Chris will if Jenn is at the hospital)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We were introduced to couch surfing by a friend from college who came and stayed on our couch kind of by accident. We haven't actually done any couchsurfing, but we would love to host.

Music, Movies, and Books

There are just too many to list but currently we are really into Sons of Anarchy, Game of Thrones, and anything Gordon Ramsey decides to do on TV. Jenn is currently reading the second book in the Game of Thrones series when she's not studying medical stuff (reading Harrison's internal medicine). Chris is currently reading the first book in the Game of Thrones series, The Heart and the Fist: Education of a Humanitarian and the Making of a Navy Seal, and then he plans to read Prozac Nation.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Driving through Colorado is the first thing that comes to my mind. It is the most interesting and beautiful state we have driven through. It's so amazing to be how it transitions from bright desert reds to snowy green tall trees to open flat green and brown plains.
