ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada there will always be a bit of a prairie girl in me. But having decided to study in Vancouver British Columbia I have found a beautiful new home... mountains, ocean, rainforest... doesn't get much better. I am so lucky to live here and always look forward to coming back after wonderfully exciting adventures abroad.

I am and always will be a dancer. My body is my instrument.

I love to be active and have more recently developed a passion for yoga. It has become a very strong driving force in my life.

I love to be outside and see what surprises nature has to present to me.

Swimming (to play... not to workout)! Love it! Love water!

I am pretty easy going, playful, and always ready to experience something new!

PHILOSOPHY

Life rocks! We live on an amazing planet with endless amounts of opportunities. All I need to do is be open to what life has to offer, remember that every step I take is a gift, and be grateful for every single one received.
