After many years in Rome now i live 40 min north, in a small village in the countryside. Now i can enjoy nature, history, silence, good food (genuine olive oil and wine). Tuscany and Umbria are much closer to explore from here.
You're welcome to be my guest if you want to have a real-italy experience, and not only crush yourself into roman traffic and madness. Rome is easily reachable in 45 min by train. I can show you places by car and motorcycle.
An important note: CS for me means a real-life experience: i do not couchsurf to save money on hotels and i do not host people that need a free place to stay only.
