ABOUT ME

Just back from, NC (Grits 'n Granite), and off to les Contamines-Montjoie for the Margarita Spiel

Who am I? French professor, teacher, linguist, medievalist and curler...the order changes. Grew up on the US East Coast, now living on the Canadian West Coast. I'm a music hound--everything from medieval chant, 999, Hank Williams and Groove Armada to Leftover Salmon, Arvo Pärt, Johnny Mercer and Pink Floyd. I love traveling, most sports--especially curling and quoits right now--lots of snow and cold, and damp, cold rain with a good book, tea and scotch.
