ABOUT ME

I grew up in north-east Germany, lived in Australia for 2 years and moved back to beautiful Berlin. I've traveled many parts of Europe and Australia. I love being on the road. After some time of settling down the travel bug hits again.

I'm passionate about learning new things and travelling is a great inspiration. Arts & Crafts, Sports & Philosophies. Fire twirling, contact juggling, hulahooping, knitting, crocheting etc. Getting started with something new is like an addiction. I haven't watched TV in a long time.

Dancing, Yoga and Meditation are my life philosophies.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted couch surfers through friends profiles and meeting travellers on the road. Last christmas we "picked up" a German couple and offered them a bed instead of them sleeping in their car - my best christmas gift. Giving is often better than taking.

兴趣

reading books about true adventures. pottery, knitting, crocheting, sewing clothes and bags and more. Permaculture, intentional communities, cooperation & communication.

fire twirling, contact juggeling, yoga, meditation, and DANCING. Learning new games is great too, card games are an old favorite. Bocce too.

I love good food and my veggie & herb garden. New tastes, new combinations, yam. Sometimes I over-experiment :)

Can't get enough of the Australian bush with its smells and noises.

Half the world on an island - Madagascar.

I can teach you fire twirling, some basic yoga, German :) and Skat. Permaculture, Organic Farming and Natural Resource Management are my current study focus.

I'd love to learn more contact juggling. And how to braid a basket. And how to fold origami cranes... My knitting is at the "scarf stage"...
