I was born and raised in Bavaria, Germany.

I love to travel, see new places and meet new people and I think CS is maybe the best way to do exactly that :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As Life Coach I help people to overcome all kinds of unuseful habbits, beliefes and fears.
In order to be able to be authentic in my work as a coach, this also means for me to constantly develop myself and expand my own comfort zone as well.

Couchsufing was out of my comfort zone :P
..Had to change that :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music and I listen to a lot of different styles of music. If I had to pic a few I'd say I definately love Rock, Electro and modern Classic.

I stopped watching TV two years ago.
I rather watch some TEDx or Gedankentanken on YouTube and I still appreciate a good movie ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the best experiences I have ever had is that we are all creators of our own reality.
First from my own experience and now more and more in my work as a coach do I see how people break free from their limitations and become free, mindful and happy souls - I LOVE IT!! :D
