Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing provides a convenient way for me to do what I love - to explore new places and learn about the people living there, their culture and their way of life. Staying at a hotel or such a place is not only expensive but also robs me of the opportunity to see the place I travel to through the eyes of a local person.
