I am a person who likes to try out new things… but in a managed way. I guess it is half way between organized and chaotic^^
What I like:
- Having a good conversation at a long and relaxing breakfast on a weekend
- Having a good conversation with a cold beer^^
- Sports (jogging, biking, climbing) alone as well as with friends
What I do not like
- People who are only focused on their own well being
- Feeling like I am a hotel when having guests
I finished my studies in 2013 and started working in a steel plant wish is one of the most interesting jobs I’ve ever done. In the planning department I am trying to organize our production schedule of thousands of contracts and observe all the different capacities of the different machines.
In the private part of my live I like to travel as often as possible. With my lovely girlfriend I was almost one year in Canada where we had such a great time meeting different people from all over the world. We’ve seen and done so many things. Beautiful sunsets in the Rocky Mountains, endless powder rides in the mountains of Whistler and straight roads right to the horizon somewhere in the prairies.
Just recently we came back from our holidays in South Africa and Dubai. We were stunned again and again about the contrasts we have seen. From super rich to less than poor from small to huge from dry to very wet. Many memories and pictures will last for a very long time – that’s for sure!
Good to know, when you would like to pay us a visit:
We see CouchSurfing as a possibility to have a deeper travel experience and meet people. Therefore it is necessary to have time for a shat or two. When the couch is available we do have time for showing you around. As mentioned we do not like to feel like a hotel. I strongly believe it is important to do things together (making breakfast, cooking, etc...).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

CouchSurfing will offer a possibility to meet locals or host so you can have a little part of your world at you place and have at least a bit of a holiday feeling at home.
Both is amazing – so I try to enjoy both possibilities. Sometimes when it is very busy the couch won’t be available which is the best for all.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Was sitting at a lake in Sweden with my girlfriend and watched the sunset while a thunderstorm went by just a few kilometers away. The mixture of the colours in the sky was amazing. Luckily there was not a single cloud above our tent. We just sat there for about 3 hours and watched the weather passing by.
