I'm a parent and a foster parent. I found this app because my sister needed to use it and I thought it would be really cool to host someone. I always have a blow up bed and sometimes I have an empty room due to foster kids going home. My siblings and I travel a lot and always crash at relatives or friends houses, sometimes hostels just to avoid hotels. We meet very interesting people along the way.

I'm hosting, not surfing. There have been times in the past when I really could have a used this app though! I think it is a cool way to help people and meet new, interesting people.

Only one? I used to travel all over the U.S. and Canada to install networks. I went to some big cities and some small towns. People are always amazed at how well I know each state. I did it for a long time. Donated a lot air miles and hotels points!

I can provide a short term , safe place to stay with good food and company! I'm never short on words and I love to entertain if you want to hit up the arts district or see nature parks or museums around town. I always have a list of free stuff to do if you like solitude that is fine too.
