I am eager to get to know new people and I think couchsurfing is a great way to connect with pple from around the world.

A have a slight passion for the funny and freaky side of life; love to laugh and to experience great and akward situations. I am a HUGE fan of positive energy, trying my best to encourage people to experience life from its most beautiful side.

As you say in German: "the glass is half full"

Speaking of glasses ^^ ... i am open to explore the city with you and I am open to chill with you or to have a glass of wine or beer (or both!) with you.

Please note: I might not be able to welcome you before 6pm because of my work. Lets just discuss when you send the request, there is always a solution ;)

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

Because I want to get to know new pple and want to offer my place to travellers who burn for the experience to explore the world.

Interesses

I love a good movie or a nice series (game of thrones, stranger things, the 100, der tatortreiniger... etc.^^).
I'm absolutely obsessed with Musicals (I have seen approx. 10 and I'm always looking for the next great one, preferably in English); the last one I have seen was Wicked in London.

I try to travel as often as I can. I enjoy travelling solo as I love it to explore foreign placec after my own schedule. I love food and that always consumes quite some travelling time; authentic restaurant visits are my favourite!
Last year I have seen quite some nice places (Porto, Madrid, Paris, Budapest, Vienna, Prague and Marocco).
On my bucketlist for this year 2020 were a loooong overdue visit of London and actually Istanbul.
Update: I actually made it to London before Corona... Istanbul is postponed to next year.

I love Theater and especially Comedy. Carolin Kebekus or Ingo Appelt are just the Kings!
I absolutely LOVE tattoos (I have 3 and I think this is enough; at least for now^^).

To many movies to write here actually...some of my favourites: Alien 1-4, Pride and Prejudice, North and South, Monsieur Claude and his daughters, Ziemlich beste Freunde, Erin Brokovich, Avatar, Baymax, Inside Out, Sing ... i LOVE the Disney and Pixar stuff😄

Coming back from a Brazil trip in Havaianas and wearing them on the way back home from the Airport ... in November^^ ...
and smashing Queen songs aloud in Munich city center with some friends.

My home is based near the main train station (and flix bus stop) at Heidelberg. Its literally a 3 minute walk. The tram to the city is another 2 minutes from my place. By foot its approx. a 20 minutes walk to Bismarckplatz, where the Main street towards the old city center starts.

I live in an old house on the second floor in a nice appartment. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Same with the bathroom.
There is a quite spacious living room which will be any cs's home for the duration of their stay with me (very comfy air matress which can host a max. of 2 pple).

Smoking is forbidden in the appartment (as I don't have a balcony you have to go outside for smoking).

On the weekends I am flexible to do sth. with you depending on what you guys want to see and how my own to-do-list looks like.
Just notice: I am not a tourist guide and sometimes I don't really feel like going out. No matter how nice you are or what you suggest...#couchpotatoe. In order to avoid disappointment please state your expectations in the request ;)

I generally am quite busy on the weekends and therefore prefer to host during the week.
