ABOUT ME

Hi everybody,

we are 2 sisters and would like to go on holiday together again. Soon I, Stefanie, will go to Leeds, England, for studying for one year and my sister Sarah will go to Cuba for a project work.
Sarah and I grew up near Leipzig which is a very interesting and charming city and definitely worth a visit!
After A-level Sarah went to Stuttgart for studying and I started my formation and continued with studies at the University of Leipzig.
Sarah is 22 years and I'm 23. I'm a bit older, but most time we feel a bit like twins... :-)

We are both interested in Spanish and would like to improve our use. As it is very difficult to learn a language just by book, we decided to visit Spain during our holidays and get to know some Spanish and the Spanish culture. Sarah studies culture management and I Roman studies.

Furthermore, we know how great the contact with native speakers is and how it improves the use of language as we participated in different exchanges during our school time.

We speak German, English, some French (Steffi), some Spanish and learned a bit Russian some years ago. As we are German native speakers we would offer you help in the German language and it is easy to communicate with us in English as we trained it a lot. Despite of that we would like to improve our Spanish.

We think Couchsurfing is a great idea to get to know different people and cultures without being just a tourist. At the same time we would like to make new friends all over the world and Sarah offers a place to sleep in Ludwigsburg, near Stuttgart, Germany and I offer a place to sleep in Leeds, Greatbritain (but I did not yet asked my room mates... but they are also young and very spontaneous.)

All in all we are two nice German girls with an interest in languages and people/culture.
