Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A few years back after I finished a year as an AuPair in Dallas, my sister, a girlfriend and I decided to travel the States via couchsurfing. I´ve travelled there before but always stayed in hostels and hotels, so this time I wanted to stay with locals to learn more about their world, lifestyle and culture. We found amazing hosts and had the best time ever!
Ever since I have loved the concept of couchsurfing. Since I am more interested in really getting to know the new area, rather than just looking at touristic stuff, courchsurfing is a great way to travel for me!
