ABOUT ME

As I was browsing thru other CS profiles in order to find out what I am expected to share in "All about you" (as it can't possibly be ALL of me), "I am an open minded person" has got to be the most used sentence to discribe yourself ;)

Allright. So let me get this one thing out there: I am an open minded person ;) I discovered my passion for travelling and meeting new people when I went to the US as an AuPair for two years. I didn't know CS back then, and soon realized that the "art of travelling" is an art indeed - getting to know (great) people and travelling a piece of world with them was the greatest experience i could have made and I am ever so thankfull for all the people I met, that they let me get to know them and made this experience unforgettable. I don't plan to ever be done with "seeing the world", and am anxious to host couch surfers as I am looking forward to visit couches all over, myself.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live up to my philosophy that no decision should be made without your heart screaming YES.

I like to host surfers, as much as I like to surf myself. Not so much do I have the room to host a couple surfers at a time, but there is always room for a fun traveller in my appartment :)

You mean, like going to the Yankees Stadium for a Yankees game and THEN find out that they are playing in Houston? Good times... :D

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I don't think I will ever find somebody that I can't learn anything from. I work with children, and I would lie if I said that I don't learn so much about life from each single one of them, every single day. I think every person can teach you, if you let them. And if you think they can't teach you anything, you at least learned what you don't want to be tought, right?
