Grew up in Singapore, worked in the music/movie industry in Hollywood and several tech startups in Silicon Valley and Vietnam.

I've lived in many countries and have always loved meeting locals to truly get the sense of immersion in a country. And as much as I can, will always extend either my apartment or my time to show travelers the real city, all the secrets and stuff not in Tripadvisor or YouTube etc.

Love a good conversation about life too. Life isn't all just about making tons of money or aiming to be the most popular person on the planet. You only have 100 years to live, and thats all. Every single day is a joy to be alive. Do something crazy before you are 99.

- Was a frequent movie extra in Hollywood movies. Missed out on several Marvel ones. Sigh.
- I've accidentally tried the weirdest foods like Bats.
- I have too many celebrity stories when I lived in Hollywood.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I found that people on Couchsurfing aren't as much looking for free accommodation, but they are genuinely interested in meeting with locals and immersing in local communities and culture to truly witness and enjoy the country.

I think it's a beautiful thing to have people of different cultures welcome each other, invite into their daily lives and show their world to another.

We are all brothers and sisters and fellow humans.
