Hi guys! My name is Stefannie Alvita Salim, but I prefer to be called Stefie. I am Indonesian by nationality, yet I am part Dutch/part Chinese Indonesian. I am a woman who is always eager and curious about things that happen outside of my Indonesian box. I am that type of person who love to make friends, also I am easy to adapt with new people and surroundings. At this very point of my life, I want to expand my networks and relations with people all over the world, such as making friends with the non-locals, which I think could be fun. On top of the note, I love to joke a lot. So I am hoping that my fellow surfers can have some sense of humor or else you will respond awkwardly lol. I am currently a final year college student studying International Relations at Binus University, Jakarta. Being a person who is kinda required to act and think globally makes me want to expand my circle so internationally. So I am hoping that I could meet new people from around the globe, with so many various backgrounds and cultures, and hoping that they would share some of it to me as I share it also to them my Indonesian culture. :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to listen to every bits of every genres, but I praise Electronic Dance Music and sometimes a hip hop, jazz and blues listener. I watch almost every kinds of movie genres. Umm books... I don't really like to read.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to teach and share to my new friends almost everything they want to know about my place, my city, or country, or whatever it is. Just ask, and you will be given. But one thing my fellow surfers need to remember, I will not be always available to accompany you to travel whenever you want to go 24/7 because I personally have things to do, such as hectic school schedules, etc.
