About Me

Hey there, my name is Stefano, I study architecture in Venice and I will get my degree in march 2026.
Since I've already finished my exams, I now have some free time and I am currently traveling in Japan until December. My goal is to start a master degree in landscape design after my bachelor graduation, that's why my main purpose here is to see and document throughout photos and sketches as many Japanese gardens as possible in order to include this experience in my portfolio. I am now in Tokyo and my main stops will be : Kanazawa, Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I subscribed to couch surfing because my older brother, who made great use of it while traveling, recommended it to me. He said it is a really good way to being able to visit the world while establishing great relationships with new and hopefully amazing people!

Music, Movies, and Books

I am currently obsessed with Franco Battiato, a great music master from Italy. The last film I saw was Nowhere Special and a good book would be The Incorrigible Optimists Club.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I cooked for over 200 people at my brother's wedding !

Teach, Learn, Share

I would really like to share my cuisine with new people or jam along fellow musicians!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a handyman and able to help in all kinds, I have done multiple workaways and owners were always happy with my skills! I am a good cook and I can make meals for whoever is hungry, I like to chat, I am great at laughing and I generally like to have a good time! I also have a big family with two older brothers and two older sisters as well as four nephews whom I babysit them all the time!
