About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I am a free spirit, I love to travel and move like a swallow although I weigh as a turtle. Can you help me?

ABOUT ME

What I think my friends, colleagues and relatives would say is that I am witty, funny and ironic if the breakfast's tea is of the right temperature...
Seriously, I think I'm an open-minded person, sociable and playful, spontaneous and simple, not fussy, or difficult to fend for himself.

PHILOSOPHY

Uhm... I think that life can be really nice but also hard, never banal.
So I always need to find a way to laugh and not take himself too seriously, since the worse that can happen to us is dying. However, Death is the only sure thing in this life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am registered on the site of couchsurfing from the end of 2013 and I have some experience as couchsurfer in Australia. I am grateful to the site and the people who wanted to host me because I had the opportunity to interact in a way more immediate and spontaneous with locals, finding new ideas about more interesting and less tourist places to visit.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As I said, in Australia, I was a guest of some people, sometimes only for lunch, others for dinner, sleeping, but also to visit the city together.
Experiences in all their details and so enriching. Fascinating for the meeting of different cultures and ways of life.

Interests

I love being outdoors, moving, eating. I'm very curious and innovations attract me much more than they can scare me. I love Nature, traveling and listening to music while drawing. I love especially water and wind so I like water and wind sports, like sailing, canyoning and much more.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love the "Commedia all'italiana", especially Amici Miei, C'eravamo tanto amati or Bud Spencer and Terence Hill's movies, and you have to see these movies if you want know the italian humor.
My english favourite actors are Jack Nicholson and Leonardo Di Caprio.

About music I am more international; I love English Rock, in particular Pink Floyd, Dire Straits, Queen and Led Zeppelin. But I like several other genres of music, pointing to name a few: Ennio Morricone, Fabrizio De Andrè, Vangelis and much more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once, returning from the hill near my home, I brought back a bit 'of clay found by chance and along the road I forged a nice little piece of poo and then I left it on our doorstep.
Obviously my relatives believed that was a real shit ...If you do not believe me, look at my pictures and you will find my beautiful sculpture, then judge for yourself if it would not deceived you too ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

I think I have several of the strengths and weaknesses typical of the Italians ... I love to eat and also prepare some delicacies. I am witty and a bit rough, often with a ready wit, in Italian obviously, but for those who know me initially and speaking english, maybe I'll have an expression similar to an aquarium fish due to difficulties in understanding English, but I hope that you will help me to overcome this gap.
I would say that I am also a good cartoonist and if you want, you can put me to the test, making a caricature of you.

What I Can Share with Hosts

What I can offer may be a typical Italian meal, a caricature, but someone thinks also that I'm a good masseur, but I'm not so sure. : D
