About Me
ABOUT ME
I'm a 24 years old computer science student.
I studied 3 years in Bologna and got a Bachelor's Degree in CS, then I moved to Trento (in very northern Italy) to get a Master Degree.
I was born in Bergamo (northern Italy), then I grew up in Benevento (southern Italy), and then I moved to northern Italy again, so I'm kind of a mixed bag and I'm used to different cultures and habits.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like meeting people and I'm very interested in having new experiences and sharing ideas and thoughts with people of different cultures.
Also, when I travel to a new place I like to talk with someone who lives there, to share knowledge and tips about where to go and what to visit.
Interests
I like music, movies, video games and literature in general.
I play electric guitar and I played in various rock bands, most of which were just friends jamming together, actually!
I've always loved movies, cartoons and TV series, as well as books and video games.
In particular, I'm fascinated by the 80s and 90s culture, and I'm usually interested in old movies and video games.
Recently I started hiking in Trento and doing sports, namely biking and swimming. I'm still not good at any of them, but I'm trying to improve and I'm willing to practice more!

Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite music genres include grunge, industrial metal, punk rock, classic rock and alternative metal. Bands I love include Nirvana (my favorite band), Nine Inch Nails, Metallica (which I saw live twice and I loved!). Recently I started listening to some electronic indie stuff like Digitalism, Gorillaz, Basement Jaxx and Prodigy (which are not that indie actually!)
My favourite book is 1984 by George Orwell. More generally, I'm into science fiction, fantasy and dystopian literature, but I also enjoy classical english and italian literature, philosophy and novels. Recently I read "Everything is Illuminated", which I loved, and "The empire of the sun" by Ballard.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have been told by a bar owner that I own the world record in the 1994 Williams' Flintstones Pinball game.
I'm not sure of it, but it was a pretty high score, so it's actually a realistic possibility.
