i run a beach tennis club in my home town, my goal is to help people socialize and exercise through beach tennis :)

i have 5 rules for life:)

1.BE YOURSELF. Its ok to be different, its ok not to be perfect . Its ok not everyone to like you. Its not fun to pretent. 

2. BE MINDFULL . Give 100% attention to the present moment:)

3. GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE. Take uncomfortable decisions and take reasonable risks. it's the only way to evolve

4. BE KIND TO OTHERS. Respect and help others as long as it's not harmful for you.

5. LET IT BE. Remember that you can not control situations, but you have the freedom to choose your reaction to any situation.
