HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm offering to show people around, help with organizational stuff or have CSers over for a beer or coffee.

*****************************Unfortunately I lost access to my first CS profile (from 2010) while I was travelling around the world in 2015/ 16, so I lost a lot of references and pictures*****************************

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Primary (organizing) weekly meetings (e.g. CS Meetings in Bonn from 2012-2014) and other events (e.g. Hamburg Invasion in 2016), but also hosting and surfing from time to time.

I met a lot of great people through CS!

PHILOSOPHY

In general, I try to find the right balance between idealism and realism.

I am some kind of a naturalistic pantheist, so I support environmental organizations and interests.

I love being on the ocean and to hike or bike through nature. For me it can be kind of spiritual/ mystical to feel the unity with the flora and fauna around me.

Cultural exchange is always interesting. I would like to broaden my horizon by meeting new people from everywhere. And to visit as many places as I can in my life.

I offer my hosts to have a good time with me: I am always positive and in a good mood, I appreciate good discussions about the sense of life and lots of other things. I like to have a good beer or wine.

I help in the house, in the kitchen, I love to cook. I also think it is decent if I pay for some expenses of our common time.
