ABOUT ME

My name is Stephanie and I live in Berlin since 3 years. I´m a student of biochemistry and I live together with two room-mates. We are really busy (and really nice ^^) and have lot of things to do. But if we can help people there will be always time. I like to speak other languages but I'm really bad with it :D At least we can talk in English and German together :)

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I think couch hosting is a really great idea. I think you can see so much more of foreign countries if local people can show you around. And it's so much nicer to get to know new people of the region than to stay in a hotel room and meet only (German) tourists :) So I liked to get hosted and I will try to host others!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I heard from a couple of friends that they collected a lot of good experiences with couchsurfing and I hope I can do it too!

Interesses

Music, politics, other cultures... I love to travel, meet new people and see the world!
I love to do sports like soccer, running or volleyball.
I read a lot, mostly "boring" stuff (for the most of the people ^^) like history books :)

I won't be in Berlin from July to August!

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

I like Avatar, City of God, Pretty Woman, Micheal Moore and I have seen a lot of good German movies...

And I could listen to almost every kind of music like HipHop, Pop, Rock, ... I love especially The Beatles, Bruce Springsteen, Jimmy Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Jonny Cash, Jack Johnson ...

I have been for one year as AuPair (Nanny) in the USA and could see a lot of things. I have been in New York, Miami, Niagra Falls, ... I learned to handle different cultures and found friends all over the world.
