ABOUT ME

I am an optimistic and passionate life student and teacher. I am a native LA'er and I have lived in LA, SF, NYC and Bali, Indonesia and love to travel. I currently split my time working full-time as an independent design/branding consultant not far from my home, while also starting up a holistic health and wellness coaching practice on the side (evenings+weekends). Currently, it's a bit busy for me right now schedule wise.

Interests

Life is a journey and balancing my mind and my heart's desires is what I am constantly drawn and connecting back to. I am fortunate to have a loving family and friends I can rely on. I am a modest mouse but I also love being social and going out seeing live shows, art openings, etc...oh and being involved in outdoor activities. LA is such a great place with so many pockets of interest to do so.

Interests: Biking, Hiking, Running, Evening Walks, Museums, Films, Concerts, Reading, Cooking, Dancing, Yoga, Meditation, Playing guitar and piano

I like to keep it simple in a complicated world. I love: music, the arts, cooking, reading, watching films, belly-laughing it up with friends, traveling, shaking my tail feather, exercising outdoors, anything esoteric and of the occult, reading and keeping up on holistic health, enjoying a nice meal and sharing life experiences.
