ABOUT ME

I teach 2nd graders. They make me smile. I love music,adventure,nature,and PEOPLE. I'm fascinated by different cultures and stories.

I'm addicted to salsa dancing.

I LOVE..traveling, meeting new people,playing outside,being active,reading and MUSIC..I love to stand, slouch, run, jump, climb, skip, splash and hop. :)

PHILOSOPHY

I think some of the greatest opportunities/experiences are those that often occur by chance while you are pursuing your dreams. Find passion in the people and experiences that come your way and jump on opportunities presented to you (as long as they are legal and not harming yourself or others)! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted a bit of people while living in Kentucky. Most were great experiences.

I spent one summer traveling California, Oregon, and Washington where I did mostly couch surfing, travel with couch surfers, staying with friends of friends, and a little camping. It was a great experience and I still keep in touch with many of the friends I met on that trip.

I love many genres of music...folk, bluegrass, indie rock..Some of my favorites are Avett Brothers, MGMT, Arcade Fire, Fanfarlo, My Morning Jacket, Wilco, Basia Bulat.....

I can occasionally get Justin Bieber fever as well AND Beyonce has some stellar moves...whatever is sounding good at the moment :)

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Spending a week solo in the Redwood forest of Northern California provided amazing sights and was one of my most peaceful/enjoyable experiences.

Staying with nomadic families and riding camels through the Gobi Desert of Mongolia was pretty incredible as well..

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I can teach you how to start a kiddie garden, dance ridiculously with no rhythm (with lots of stomping included), and truly appreciate Mexican food (just not in Mongolia). :)

Would love to learn the many ways of the world. Also how to cook different tasty foods, how to surf,how to play the banjo, and anyone to take me on outdoorsy adventures would be nice too. :)
