About Me

"Twinkle twinkle little star, how I wonder where you are..." - that was how my life sparkles in the simplest way. I grew up in small district of a small city where people shared joys, cares and loves to each and everyone around. Moving from one dot to another, I spun my time which provided me seeds to plant, water, nurture, harvest and share.

Guys! My name is Stella. Happy I am at 27. Oh, and I'm getting younger (at heart ^^). I love travelling insomuch that I even forget the place I am staying, Ho Chi Minh city.

Since I graduated from college, I have less time to travel because I get stuck in piles of works and ... love. Yet, it doesn't matter how the twist got its place, I always am in thirst for many many trips to another worlds, different faces with diverse perspectives of life and love, especially gender. Why? I am neutral and excited to meet the vivid you in LGBTQ people, those courageous, extraordinary and awesome fighters! Plus WE ARE EQUAL no matter who we are, where we live, what we believe. As a wild-and-free traveler, I trust people's kind heart and respect because that's what I offer to others.

Welcome to contact me for making friends, talking funs, sharing experiences and exchange languages. Cheers!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

WHAT BROUGHT ME HERE:

I planned to visit the East Coast of America sometime in June or July as my tourist visa will be expired in August. Lacking too many experiences about the cheap flight and most importantly a place to stay for each city, I looked for help and my friend in Boston pointed me to Couch Surfing. And thanks God I found you!

Now that, I am a member of CS, I wish to make more friends, travel to more places and tell stories about my experiences.

Let's make CS a different!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The coolest and wildest thing I've ever done in my life is jumping on a strange jeepny - a public transport - and started to explore one faraway province in the Philippines, Tagaytay and Nasugbu. It was back in 2011 when I was studying in Las Pinas city, Manila. With very few Tagalog vocabs, I made use of all language experience I learned from a day-to-day communication with the locals, I made my ways to Tagaytay. In fears of the unsafe and dangers I might stumble into, I took extra cares of places I visited and was able to manage good luck! Personally I love whatever I saw, tasted and experienced. You gotta visit Tagatay, a heaven-and-earth Mountain.

Teach, Learn, Share

THE GOOD TEACHERS:

Experiences of others - lesson to learn from
Books - needless to be a bookworm
Exploring and discovering- fall apart and stand up
My journals of experience - pen the failures, success, insight and sharing

LEARNING FROM:

Parent - a mirror to reflect myself
Teacher - an advisor for what should and shouldn't
Friend - a shoulder to lean on for the ups and downs
Partner/Lover - a home to me

HOW I SHARE:

My best - I may not be an awesome girl but I can be your trust-worthy friend. What I know, I will share it without hesitation. What I can help, I will reach out and lend a hand without fears. If you are looking for a tour-guide in Saigon, I can be one and carry you all around the city.

WHAT I SHARE:

My inquisition
Little experience
Friendship
Backpack traveling mate
A place to sleep - I do host travelers
Some books, a guitar, and music
