ABOUT ME
I am 22 and a Psychology student.
I love to sing, play volleyball, go out into nature and spend time with my friends.
While travelling, I love meeting people and hearing their stories.
My current travel is journey to find out whether I like travelling by myself for a longer period of time.
At home I play competitive volleyball and like zumba and meditation. Other than that I have a close group of friends whom I spend a lot of time with.
when I come back to Holland, I will start my Psychology masters. And hopefully get my degree somewhere in 2013
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
This is my first time on couchsurfing. During my travels I have however met very kind people whom I could stay the night with, tour the city with or travel together. So far I have had only good experiences! I love meeting new people. Especially the locals, they make you experience the city less as a tourist and more as a resident. While Hitchhiking through Cape breton and Newfoundland, this was what I enjoyed most. One of the best experiences was a local fisherman who gave me and a friend a ride and eventually showed us around the harbour so we could experience the fisherman's life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I come from a family who loves to travel. My parents have worked as doctors in Cameroon, Africa. One of the most amazing travels of my life was a 5 week trip to there old hospitals. I was 8 at the time. The completely different way of living in these areas made a great impression on me.
My mother used to work in the Bush. We had to make a helicopter flight to get there. The town was so happy to see her again that they dedicated a gospel church morning to her and gave us two chickens and a kilo of nuts.
