CURRENT MISSION

Taking a break traveling, writing, discovering and improving my sport climbing skills across south-central- and north America. I am also starting my journey to become a certified coach.

ABOUT ME

I have broad interests, from reading to sports, from romans to literature..., like talking, history, and right now I like reading psychology, personal development and social entrepreneurship books, blogs. I am serious (ahem), and like a good laugh! I am clever and a good listener. I like good food and cooking, from Dutch to Surinamese (my parents are from there...), to Brazilian to Italian to trying new recipes I do not know yet. Live a healthy lifestyle - since a little over a year vegetarian, but like some naughty food every now and then :). Sport addict - especially cycling, swimming, climbing, diving, running, and crossfit.

I lived 1,5 years in Brazil before and 3,5 years in Panama.

I am open minded and like to discover new cultures by making new friends in all the places where I come.... I look for a place to sleep (since I am traveling now)/to meet up and to share stories about the local culture, life experiences and fun tales.

PHILOSOPHY

Love to tell people about our culture, about what is interesting to do and to see, and what our customs and (bad) habits are. Above all, like the fun of sharing experiences and different views about life. So if you are around, let me know!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

obtaining my diving certificate in Brazil. Taj Mahal, Machu Picchu, Corcovado in Brazil....AMAZING...My first time in Suriname when I was 16, my first Latin American travel of 4 months after my studies....living in Brazil for 1,5 year.
Climbing - I am becoming an addict.
