Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to visit Europe and Asia so I think it's best to couch surf and meet new friends. I do not usually do the touristic sightseeing activities while traveling as I enjoy more to blend in with the locals. Think this is a great site to do so.

Music, Movies, and Books

At the moment my favorite music is indie, especially artists from Scandinavia as I recently visited there and was so impressed. I also listen to bachata, reggaeton, hip-hop, and pop.

Favorite movies would be Goodfellas, Pulp Fiction, and Star Wars.

In terms of Books my all time favorite is the Great Gatsby. I also have enjoyed A Separate Peace, The Fixer, A Prayer for Owen Meany, the Alchemist and Daughter of Fortune.

My favorite poet is Pablo Neruda. Can read his works at any time!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To be honest, too many experiences to be the top amazing thing. For instance, I have visited Iquazu Falls and rode a boat there. Also went camping and horseback trekking with Gauchos in the Pampas of Argentina. Volunteered in a small community in Argentina called Adulam composed mostly of single mothers and children where we taught the kids English and built them a chapel. Or the time my best friends and I partied in a luxury yacht in LA.

Each experience is unique. It's the company you have and the connections that come from it.

The real Tórshavn! It's different from the touristic landmarks seen in magazines or on tv. It really is an exciting city with different elements that transport you and tantalize the senses. It's the entertainment capital of the world, and yes, it lives up to its name.
