Ahoy!
My name is Stephan I'm 20 years old and I live on the coasts of the northern seas in the city of St. Petersburg.

My heart always led me to the Sea from my hometown deep in Siberia. See those green totem forests full of the clearest fresh air? Where the music of nature is composed of rivers sounds and birds songs, the land looking like the faraway Scandinavia is the home. I used to explore the woods by going for camping with my lovely family and frying the most delicious sausages I've ever tried!
Oh, and we love travelling. I think I've caught an addiction to it once I tasted the sweets in Helsinki when I was eight... although there's nothing wrong about the sweets as they were awesome!
Since that time I always spent my birthday sitting on a plane. It may seem boring as I never had birthday parties with my friends but there's something special about being in the air for almost half of the day looking down from the skies. The whole world from there is open, it's free and you can go wherever you want. And I do. And I'm very thankful to my parents for letting me see different places, talking to different people and understanding their cultures as I was growing up by travelling.

Taking another step into adulthood I went to St. Petersburg. Now I'm a student of local university and before taking up the career I want to expand, explore and experience the world around with someone whom I would call my satellite. And I think the Sea gave it to me. I met Lisa, a girl from another edge of the Ocean and it was like the fresh wind for the sailor.
I like doing yoga, cooking and tasting food with my precious little peachy. We're inspired by each other and we live the moments and happiness together.

While writing this stuff I thought how important it is to keep the sea inside of you, to keep it calm and clean and to meet the people who will help you with that. I hope I'll have a great time with the Couchsurfers from all of the world and growing up with them just by staying curious and open-minded :)

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I think one of this was while living in Spain. There's a cliff coast and caves in it. If you dive and get into the caves you may come inside of the cliff and and see the solar wells! So I did... you can't even imagine how cold was the water... but it was so warm in the cliff and such a paradise with green grass and sun lights that it's definitely worth it!

I love music from heart and I've been playing piano for the majority of my life. I like playing by hear and to pick up new sounds just by 'rambling' with the piano. It's really fun to teach someone their favourite songs and music :)
I also really enjoy learning new languages. French, Swedish, Spanish, Japanese - it's like depending on mood.
Cooking! Learning and trying new recipes is just a fiesta!
