Happily married for over 8 years. We've seen only a fraction of the world, but through our travels, I have seen that beyond languages, ethnicity, gender, age, beliefs, religious practices, and social statuses, we are human. There is a worldwide connection among humanity by which I am fascinated. I've learned that respect can be shown in ways beyond words. I've learned that patience and optimism are what determines an outcome. 'About me?' There's so much to say, yet so little. I'm simply a human who has a lot of compassion for others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to get to know the people who I may otherwise simply pass on the street. Everyone has a story to tell, hear, connect with, or compare. It is through connection we develop friendship. Otherwise we're all mere strangers who are walking amongst one another sharing many of the same qualities, unknowingly.

Interests

Running is my therapy! I love nature, travel, new places, different cultures, animals, learning, reading, listening to stories and lectures, connecting with people, understanding the mysterious, and remembering how small we are in the vast universe in which we live. I love being fascinated and awed by surroundings and realizing the power of the mind.
