I love going abroad! Thank God I got holidays four times a year. I am particularly interested in the Caribbean, Central and Latin America. I would always prefer the rough experience over a hotel room. I love sleeping in my tent which I always carry with me. I am vegan which is probably the biggest challenge, especially in Latin America. I love languages and meeting different people from all over the world. I'm trying to learn Spanish, my knowledge in French helps me there but unfortunately my vocabulary and syntax are sort of "basic"...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I don't like hotels at all plus I am fond of the idea of just offering something and thus helping people. This philosophy is not common anymore so I really appreciate this website. Besides, AirBnB is taking a lot of money from both clients and hosts.

Interests

I really do work a lot, the more I enjoy my frequent escapes from Germany. Also, the German weather and attitude often do not correspond with what I'm looking for. Each summer I spend my 6 weeks of summer vacation in a different country, in winter and around Easter I go snowboarding and what I do in autumn is a surprise every year.
