Overview
About Me
I never believed there was such a thing as a travel bug, but it planted it seeds when I went to Paris after I graduated from university. It was the first time that I left my country alone in order to learn better French and in exchange I had the chance to meet a lot of wonderful people that I wanted to see again. A couple of months later, I did my first backpacking trip in Iceland where I hitchhiked around the island. Since then the feeling to go travelling further and longer kept on growing. In 2016, I went to Australia and I had the best experience ever. I lived in a van, had a beautiful life in Melbourne, hitchhiked a lot of kilometres, worked on an organic farm,... I learned so many things and met a lot of people. I just can't have enough!
In general, I'm a bubbly, enthousiastic and social person. I like enjoying the small things that we often forget about in our busy working lives.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe it's a good way to get connected with others who have similar, but also different ideas. I like to know about other nationalities, cultures and habits in order to learn something.
Interests
I'm always interested in people and their stories. That's why I also like journalism, books, cinema and photography. Further, I also like to know more about sustainable living and organic farming. I love long conversations and going out.

Music, Movies, and Books
My taste in music is various. I like the good old classics, but nowadays I'm mostly occupied by listening to electronic music, funk and klezmer.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
At Mount York, I had the opportunity to go rock climbing without having any experience before. When I reached the top, I've never been more satisfied in my life!
