ABOUT ME

I'm currently a graduate student in Washington, D.C. with a passion for traveling! I love experiencing new cultures and trying new things. I'm studying International Relations so I naturally am interested in learning about other people. I love stepping out of my comfort zone and meeting new people! I firmly believe that the best way to learn about another culture is through food and I will try anything!

PHILOSOPHY

I love experiencing any type of culture and believe that even if something doesn't sound appealing at the moment, learning and experiencing can change perspectives. I live to experience and enjoy every moment I have. I have dreams and I chase after them. Although I have strong opinions, I am quite open minded and love hearing everyone elses opinions.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

One of the most amazing things I've ever done is to live in a small Costa Rican town. Even though I didn't know much Spanish, I was fascinated by the culture and immersing myself in the town. My other favorite travel experience was staying on Floreana Island in the Galapagos Islands - an island with only 100 inhabitants. While I was there, I hiked up a mountain with only some small trails made by researchers to see the sun rise and get a few of the whole island!
