I'm a complete wanderlust with a passion for learning about new cultures and traditions, and later cooking and writing about it. I find the unknown and different cultures fascinating! I quit my full-time job to travel from the U.S. overseas in 2017, taking cooking classes all over the world (25 countries that year) and doing menu creation and healthy food initiatives in the Czech Republic. One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was fortunate enough to receive a scholarship to tour the Czech Republic, meet my family after being separated for 5 generations, and later publish a children's book about my family and Czech-Slovak traditions. It was a life-changing experience!
