I'm a a traveler by nature and a collector of stories. I love going on, and sharing, adventures with people.

Professionally, I've worked for a variety of theatre which has let me move around the United States -- which has been a wonderful experience. I've worked in a variety of settings: stage manager, company manager, and teaching artist.

The world is filled with stories. Stories of different culture, ways of life, experiences and adventures--and I find myself captivated and always looking for the next story to engage myself in.

Aside from listening to people's adventures, I am a traveler. I love to travel and explore the world around me--both locally and internationally.

Favorite Music : Anything from the 1930's - 1970's, Big Band Revivals, French American Swing, Film Scores.

Favorite Books: Harry Potter, Percy Jackson -- Basically anything with imagination and adventure. (Though I teach Middle School/High School, so I tend to read 'their' books).

In late February/early March 2012, I talked to a train driver in England for 30 minutes and found out a bit of his life-story. It was a great conversation, but I never thought I would see him again.

Fast forward to April 2012, a week before I'm about to leave England, I see him again! It was a teary-eyed reunion as I found out he normally didn't drive that route and was just filling in for a sick friend.

Fate can be a beautiful force.

We exchanged emails and promised to write. In the end, I found more than just a story. I found a life-long friend-- and pen pal!

(2016) I still get email updates from him and his family. :)
