Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I love film, art, meeting people, photography, playing card games, and going to little beaches in the South of France.
ABOUT ME
I am French but I've lived in the UK for 15 years. I am friendly and easy-going, and I am obsessed with film and photography: talking about it, watching it, making it, reading about it. In general I love art. I am involved with a volunteer-run cinema in Newcastle, and we do a lot of art things together - programming films, organising gigs, etc. I live in a very
friendly environment of open-minded people.
PHILOSOPHY
I don't have any - that idea makes me slightly nervous! I like flexibility and being open-minded.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I like travelling on my own, but I also like the idea of having someone to talk to while you're travelling, so couchsurfing seems like the perfect combination.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I live in a very big house and we have people staying with us all the time, so it feels like we're a bit like a permanent couchsurfing place! We had one girl once from the couchsurfing website, and she was really friendly and nice.
Interests
Film, art, photography, making films, talking about films, having a beer in the sun, taking photos, bike riding, rock climbing, swimming in the sea, hiking in Switzerland, going for day-trips in the countryside, going for a nice meal in a British country pub, dancing, taking classes of flamenco dancing and flamenco singing, and learning the tango.

Music, Movies, and Books
My knowledge of music is close to non-existent, but at the moment I like Hot Chip! Oh and I also play the violin quite badly.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Once I climbed quite a scary rock face, late in the afternoon, the sun was going down, I was freezing, the wind was blowing hard, and a girl near me was screaming because she was scared, and I was not sure I would arrive at the top. It was scary, cold and nerve-wracking, but I was very happy when I finally made it! Next time I will get started earlier in the day!
