CURRENT MISSION: Training for an "Alpine Picnic" in Bali next year. 50km bike ride, 3km swim across a lake, hike a volcano and down again, swim back across the lake then ride home again. Try not to die in the process.

ABOUT ME

I'm a physiotherapist, a photographer, rock climber, mountain biker, runner and an explorer.

I've moved around Australia a bit as an adult and haven't visited nearly enough places in the world to whet my appetite but I'm excited for to do this more. This year I spent an amazing few months traveling and working in northern WA which was a bit of a dream come true for a girl from Melbourne who always dreamed of visiting Broome.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have a huge empty house to share while the other occupants are away. Its too big for little old me and there are too many interesting people to meet to not open my doors.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a massive Isobelle Carmody fan, but otherwise my book taste is very eclectic. I have everything from Phillip K Dick books to Kahil Gibran poetry on my bookshelf. I guess the same goes for music and movies, which isn't helpful really but I give most things a try.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I know a bit about photography, a bit about climbing and a lot of useless trivia. I know a lot about anatomy and the human body, nutrition, the physiology behind it, exercise physiology etc.

I would love to take other people exploring and hiking in the Perth area, explore some places neither of us has been.
