After living several years in Vancouver studying Anthropology at UBC, and then living in a sustainable community in northern Scotland called Findhorn...

I'm now back in São Paulo - Brazil where I was born and raised. Working on reconnecting with my family and building my business around a modality I created called Pulse. Pulse is a modality that uses conscious dance, Reichian breathing and meditation to support intellectual, aware women into creating a life of deeper connection and clarity. This modality is also being brought to schools, so teenagers can grow with a deeper emotional and physical awareness of themselves. Tons of work! Loving every step of the way.

Living in São Paulo is not long term for me. This city is massive and way to concrete. I'm a total nature gal :)

When I do have free time: I love spending hours day dreaming, noticing trees or clouds, drawing, singing, dancing, and experiencing life through my senses.
Although i love getting to know new people and new cultures, I also rejoice in hiding myself in a hut in the mountains for a few days...
