TRY TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD! Just kidding. Current mission is relocating from South Korea to Australia to settle down and plant some roots.

ABOUT ME

I have been teaching in South Korea for the last four years. I have worked with a wide array of students with diverse ages, levels of abilities and life experiences. I especially enjoy my volunteer work with kindergarten students and under privileged students from rural areas.

I have five passions in life: environmental conservation, music, yoga, traveling, and fashion. In my personal attempt to reduce my carbon footprint I follow a vegetarian diet and strive to eat organic foods as often as possible, while remaining respectful of others’ cultures and lifestyles. I am an active member of WWOOF, which is an NGO that puts willing workers in contact with organic farm operators. In my hometown I organized weekly beach clean ups in order to preserve the natural beauty of the island that I come from.

I love finding and listening to music, both new and old. I feel strongly that music enriches our lives. I try to practice yoga as often as possible. Teaching yoga to my students is something I also really enjoy.

I live for fashion. Not high fasion, but fashion of all sorts. I'm easy going, but super OCD about keeping my house clean. Not to worry, I'm usually so quick at cleaning up after a meal that you will have stepped out for a cigarette or potty break and everything will be done. I have no expectations about others adhering to my standards of cleanliness.

PHILOSOPHY

Love, be loved. Live gently. Wherever possible, leave no trace. Breathe deeply, laugh wholeheartedly, take risks, regret nothing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm currently learning Korean cooking and I'd love to share. Generally, I love cooking and love having people over to share a good meal and a bottle of wine.

I'm also an avid yogi and I've been practicing for over ten years so I'd love to share some yoga as well.
