Overview
About Me
As a brief introduction, my name is Stephen, which is a very original name.. My last name is Johnson. Even more original. Not to worry, I'm not boring, and love to socialize with other people. I'm very open minded, and easy going. I am learning more about the world, and began traveling to gain experience in the process of life so I can live more simply, more in touch with the environment. I am not religious or atheist, and I'm not bothered by other points of view. I would love to meet new people, experience new things, and share what I have gained from the world!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think it's a great way to travel and get a fulfilling experience. The people make the destination.
Interests
I think it's hard to categorize, because most things interest me. I enjoy free diving and spear fishing, snow and long boarding, traveling to new places, cooking, baking, photography, disc golf, music. The list could be longer, but interests come and go. I'm always open to new things and ideas.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like a lot of music. My favorite band is tool. I won't listen to country, but I can tolerate it.
I like so many movies I couldn't list them. My favorites are secret life of Walter Mitty, the majestic, master and commander, and Star Wars.
I enjoy reading when I have time. I recently read Cradle to Cradle, and would recommend it to anyone environmentally conscious. Currently reading Dracula.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I speared an 11 pound carp in Deer Creek Reservoir in Utah.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am always looking to learn more about the different ways people do things. I'm pretty skilled as a worker, and can help with all kinds of household projects if needed, such as carpentry, minor electrical, building/remodel etc.
