I grew up in rural Montana and discovered joy in traveling and learning. I'm a small town person who enjoys visiting big cities. I enjoy the energy of people and the solitude of wilderness. I lived in San Francisco for 8 years and work in technology. I still get my hands dirty on the ranch now and then; riding horses, throwing hay (for cows) and branding cows.
