I am on a personal journey to self-actualization, and I'm seeing some great places along the way. I have let go of any preconceived notions of what I thought life 'should' be, and instead am embracing whatever life throws at me. I love playing music and am always happy to share that love with hosts and teach lessons! I play guitar, djembe, doumbek, didjiridoo, and am learning banjo.
I also enjoy teaching yoga and meditation to anyone who may have interest.
