I'm a awesome carpenter, an avid video gamer, a decent hockey player/goalie, a car junkie, and my family tells me that my artwork is fabulous and there's talent being squandered by not pursuing it. I'd describe myself as honest, hardworking and a bit shy. I just don't talk that much.
I'm trying to relax more. Don't sweat the small stuff. Looking to get outside the comfort zone.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've only hosted one guest and it was a good experience. I wish I lived in a location where there was a bit more interest.
Not much so far. I've hosted and I'm looking forward to traveling soon, very soon. I can't wait to meet new people from all over when I leave for a year in travel starting in 2013.
I love spending my time at the local ice rink. Sticktime, pickup or public skate, it doesn't matter as long as I have skates on. Other insterest: Movies, Video Games, Drawing, Building Things(I'm a carpenter after all), Photography, Learning new things.
Music, Movies, and Books
I'm the avid movie goer. Usually see a movie every week. Really don't have a favorite. I love to scour the internet for new music and could spend a whole day just finding new songs to listen to. Listening to M83, The Temper Trap, The Naked and Famous, The Glitch Mob, and the list goes on.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My trip to Israel accounts for the majority of my international travels(for now). Looking out at the Dead Sea from Masada Mountain is the highlight of my travel experience. I hope soon to be replaced by something even grander.
Teach, Learn, Share
Happy to answer questions or help out with any carpentry related projects. I recently got into photography with the help of my cousin who does it professionally so I'm familiar with it. Did I mention that I can ice skate? Happy to give people lessons if there's ice.
